Ates and Minions

    I have killed Ates and many of his minions 4 times now in Oasia and have never received credit in the Treasure Chest achievement. I realize being a level 35 I do not get crates in this zone but why do I not get the Treasure Chest achievement part of it? On the message part of the screen and logbook I have always got the message that I killed him and the rewards I received for having done that.

    With your issue you will need to contact the Customer Care Team which can be done by clicking Here and someone will be happy to help.

    Remember to include your UserID, the server you killed Ates in and a time that you killed him (dont have to be exact time but as close as possible)
