Arabia admin!

Hi, I can understand that administrator may visually look innocent, and that he has reasons for his actions like ban's and other stuff...

But what if there is a side that all mighty Bigpoint can't see? On our Arabia server nearly EVERYONE is affected with unfair bans from game and chat, deleted items from accounts and similar stuff from administrator and moderators...
Multiple e-mails have been written to support about it, and not a single thing has been changed...

Let's put it this way.... 85% of Arabia server wants an International Admin for english chat,, you ask why? I think it's not important because we (I speak in the name of players) wrote to Bigpoint many times about this, and not a single thing happend... so.. we have our reasons.

So please tell me what need's to be done for English part of game to get it's own Admin or Moderator so that we are NOT affected by Arabic admin and moderator?

I played on other servers, not only pirate storm, I'm speaking about dark orbit, seafight... and admin problem was here and then.... but here... Admin/moderator makes your day!

Maybe for Bigpoint there is no problem with these personel... but players REALLY hate them! How can we make a change? Keep in mind that server is not a reflection of Admin, but a reflection of Players, and players leave because of Admins and mods here.
