Answer to Players

Everybody hate the new pvp system i loved fighting I am missing those days where we were sailing and fighting all over the maps, with italians, polish guys, russians and fellow bulgarians. Nice fights, aggressive style. Miss those gold days and gold memories but those memories are already dead by some persons who got lot of money from players and now they are jerking around. Lot of bugs are appearing lot of players using hack i can use hack too but dont want cuz there are no players who still play this games so is usless and those who use those bugs are just some fools who got nothing to do but spend time and broke this game and thats not all the foult is of this admins who do what they want and let Pirate Storm like he wos a person and can control itself answer to players and dont let us like we are nobody at all we wait only for answers nothing else yes or no just this/ (sory for my english did my best)

 

Nobody can play with this bug, not to gain arenas, give me an answer until when this will end.

We, here on the forums, are aware of the bugs plaguing Pirate Storm. Weekly reports regarding the game are forwarded to the proper channels. We also communicate directly when any immediate problems arise. As addressed in previous posts, the development team is aware of issues regarding many of the bugs/glitches. As for a definite date, I do not know that answer. We ask that you please be patient as it takes time for changes to be made, but be assured they are working to resolve the problems plaguing Pirate Storm.

As for the hacks/cheats/bug users, PLEASE contact support with any evidence you can provide (Names, dates, time of day, and server these players play on). You may contact the Big Point Support Team by clicking HERE.

support got million pictures, videos, names, etc... what happaned? nothing. BP dont want to fix bugs. I dont believe that to solve a problem in a game is 2-3+ month. there was good 5 year. this last 4 month are so...funny "thats all folks" maybe once will be fix it. but i dont believe in it. bb

Nothing that I will be mentioning here is something that you BP don't know and are fully aware of...... but the point is that you are doing absolutely nothing about it !

and this quote is more relevant than ever in today’s digital world ! and one sure way to loose the customers is by not listening to them !!!

We the players are in effect your customers and having that complete disregard for us is making many, many of us leaving the game that once was a real star game.... Is that your intention for us to leave the game in order to shut it down ? Is it your intention to fix all the present problems this game is experiencing ? Certainly you can´t possibly lack of very professional game programmers or game developers.... so what is the hold up....? Bring this game back to life !!!

Please do not keep leaving us ..your customers in the dark ....Do enlight us with solutions that I am sure you have at hand and can solve all these pending matters .....

Truly hope and moreso expect your " straight answers " and your " timely informations "

 

well the guilds that use this reload bug are *EDIT* ,*EDIT*,*EDIT* all on EUR1 server they all need to be punished as stated in game rules any one using bug hacks etc to take advantage should be banned and i no they will say they dont the amount of tickets sent is astronomical

 

PLS do you JOB and fix it. and also try to catch all player doing push for 2v2 and 3v3 and all the player with so many account. and player sale account to other player

So making players who play clean without clown bugs why they do not solve anything, and now bugo and event in the store.
