All comunication problems

1)The global chat is not global!!!!

Okey it is nice to have the game in our language but in chat when you name a channel global it should be global. Solution when you log in make 2 rooms
GLOBAL
GREEK/ENGLISH what ever language you choose

that will make much much easier to communicate with people
i want to speak my language i go to my language room where all should speak that language
In the true global room any language should be free

2)Nationality of player
There should be a way to see the nationality of the player i suggest a tag with the user nationality. Also in our profile it would be helpful to say which languages we speak so other people will know in which language they should try to speak to us.

3)Mailbox notification
There should be a notification that we have mail in our mailbox so users are prompt to check it
We sent a mail to people but they may check it after many days so it would surely help

4)Chat window
The window will be small cause it will take all of our screen problem i have a whisper someone makes a new whisper i can not see it
Solution move tags from horizontal to vertical
that way you can see more tags at the same time the tags do not have to be the full name
just 5-6 characters long it will be enough to identify which is which

5)Guild communication
It is a dream we need a mail to the guild
Also we need 3 new right
Read letters
Reply to letter
Delete letters

if guild get their own mailbox then user can talk to guilds and also guild can start talking to each other to make alliance
now we can sent a simple offer alliance which is frankly nothing

6)Sending mail /whispering
with all these special characters it is impossible to write the name of some players you do not even know what character they used. also players can change name so even if you saved name in a doc it may not work next day.
Solution chat id

7)I see a player but i do not have the time to click on him to appear the msg button the player then goes off line. I want to sent him a message but with all this strange letters i do not really write the proper nick to send him mail .

Solution we need a catalog with all the nicks of the players with some basic search options
it may be hard to scroll down and find him some harder than other but it will give us a chance to find many many people and communicate with them.
apart from the name we get a chat id
so when i want to whisper i can whisper to your name or chat id number
the same when i want to sent you a mail either put your name our your chat id

player will change nick but the id will be the same so communication to them will be open all time


DO you think anything else is to be addressed?? Do you like my ideas??
