Suggestion Add a simple lock for item bar

    add a simple lock for item bar when you toggle it item bar have lock for change items.

    sometimes, when you want use items with mouse in item bar you lose them in that place.
    with this ability when item bar is locked. you are not able to change items and you don't lose them too.
    for change items need to unlock bar.
    this is very useful for some players are too lazy and working just with 1 hand and for arena in a dark room :).
