    My account banned today 20:20 while I playing Kirus event map. I'm new player about 4 months. I never use cheat, bot or something like that.
    Account blocked 3 days.
    Did anyone have the same problem?

    Hello,

    If your account is suspended for any reason ( known or not ), you should contact support for further questions and answers. But because you asked...the reason might be for your name or arena name e.t.c. If you didn't do any prohibited action in your account then I don't find any other way of getting banned. So I suggest you sending a ticket ( if you don't know how, don't hesitate asking ). Have a nice day.

    I applied for support and explained the problem I was facing. I hope they find a solution.

    The account has been suspended from the arena name. Support team said.
