About chat in servers

    When I decided to play this game I hope to meet other players from the all the world but -no - nice to have language who helps to play but why in chat we are separated?I think it will be only one chat in global to all players who play one server and if they wotnto write on his own language they can use guild chat and whisper-TS is opcion too
