    How long are you banned from chat? Think I got mine for speaking another language. Sorry, I speak 4 different languages.

    Unfortunately, we in the forums cannot know for sure the length or exact reason for your chat ban. You may want to try these steps to reset the chat:

    Refresh your browser
    Log out of the game and back in
    Clear your cache and flash cache

    If none of these work to reset your chat you may send a ticket to the Customer Care Team by clicking HERE. Be sure to include your user id and the server you play on to help expedite your ticket.
