    1-How do level up my Profession? because i have did the "advanced Training" 3 times so far and i got nothin

    You can get more slots when you level up, you unlock the second one once you reach level 3 and the third one when you reach level 5.
    The "chance" is the chance of getting the selected type of cannon or harpoon launcher when you start and finish a superior upgrade. It varies with all the weapon types, some are rare and hard to get, like eagles (8%) and some others are easier, like peacekeapers(+40%).

    Cоsтᴀ◦ is correct.

    You gain workshop XP by doing training or upgrading your weaponry. The training returns resources as well as XP. The choice is entirely up to you. if you need workshop resources it is beneficial to use this method to increase you workshop level and supplement weapon upgrades in doing so.
