  1. Description of the Problem:
    The item Guild Card 50 is currently being abused due to an exploit.
    • It provides only 10% of the experience points (EP) to the player, while 50% is distributed to the guild.
    • The card has a 30-minute duration and should have a 1-hour cooldown, but when entering the arena the cooldown is reduced to 30 minutes (equal to its duration).
    • This allows the card to be used infinitely, creating continuous abuse.
    Impact on the Game:
    Veteran players exploit this mechanic for hours, intentionally slowing their own level progression while still gaining a disproportionate advantage over new players. This creates a serious imbalance and discourages newcomers from progressing in the game.
    Suggested Solution:
    • Update the item so that the player receives 100% of the EP (with 50% additionally shared with the guild).
      OR
    • Consider the complete removal of the item from the game.

    Hi,

    this is how letter 50 is working now and it was working like that past years. Before was even better - you received 0 XP, which is the way to make up your ship on lower maps until you are ready to go up(13-32 maps where there are no limits to attack). it is not an exploit, it is how the game preserve. The fact that there are strong players on lower levels indicate that there are even stronger on higher levels.

    I have been playing Pirate Storm since 2012, and I know very well all the changes that Guild Card 50 has had over the years.
    Even with these changes, I still believe this item has become a cancer to the game, harming balance for years. What might have been useful in the past now only creates frustration: experienced players exploit it to stay at low levels with overpowered ships, while new players face impossible fights and eventually quit.
    If Pirate Storm wants to survive, it needs to attract and keep new players. As long as items like this remain in the game, the balance will always be broken in favor of a small group, while the overall player base keeps shrinking.
    That is why I insist the card should either be updated (100% XP to the player) or completely removed.

    I am also in favor of changing that items so it gives 100%xp to the player or even if it's just 75% but it's true that having people creating smurf accounts and blocking their lvl is a problem to any new player who will just get sunk again and again without even understanding why. There's an alternative though which is used in almost every MMORPG but somehow not in pirate storm, there could be a minimal lvl to get some canons and hapoon launchers, items, or even ships etc ...
    I am more in favor of removing the possibility to block your lvl.

    I am against as it is also a way to keep yourself away from the strong accounts in a way by playing lower maps and actually enjoy some farm time without being attacked every 3 minutes.

    After a certain time of reflexion, i have thought of a better solution than deleting the xp reduction. It's to simply have better rewards for leveling up. i mentioned earlier the possibility of having a certain lvl to unlock some items canons or ships but i do not like this idea since these are basics of the game and anyone should have the right to get these.
    However, we can:

    - limit the seals page according to the lvl :you would unlock page 1 at lvl 6, 2 at lvl 12, 3 at lvl 18, 4 at lvl 24, 5 at lvl 30 and 6 at lvl 36 when you cannot farm on restricted pvp anymore. Maybe the order of the bonuses on the scrolls should be changed so that perfo, full metal jacket, increased range, and toughness get on the last page.

    -Give real stats when leveling up. Today you get 1 damage per lvl and 10 hp which is equivalent to nothing: that means 51 damage and 510 hp at lvl 50. I propose 15 damage and 80 hp per lvl (4.08k health and 765 damage at lvl 50) Or maybe 10 damage and 100 HP. That would give a real motivation to level up and it would create a real difference between 2 level (meaning if you want to hunt players you have more chances of success if you have a higher level) + farming to level up would actually feel rewarding.

    I've never read so much nonsense in my life, tell your mom everything KIKO
