2v2 and 3v3 on the Latam 1 server without getting banned.

I tried contacting support regarding the arenas and asked them to allow us to play arenas in Latin America without the ban that always occurs when we try to play, but support directed me to the forum. I would like to know how we, players from Latin America, can play 2v2 and 3v3 arenas without the entire community being banned, in a way that allows us to obtain items even with the tricks of players who act in bad faith against other players from Latin America. I know that our server must be one of the most problematic for support and the forum, but I would really like to be able to play the arenas like the other servers that are having a great game, without having to worry about bans of 1 to 100 years, and I would like to know and ask for help from the forum and support so that this happens in Latin America. I need the help and assistance of support and the forum so that we, the Latin American community, can play the arenas again.

 

I completely agree with the post above, and I want to reinforce everything he said.
The situation for players in Latin America is simply not fair. New players and returning players are falling behind on improvements, upgrades, and competitive items just because they cannot play 2v2 and 3v3 arenas without risking bans.
We want to play the game the way it was designed, with access to the same opportunities as everyone else. Right now, Latin American players are missing out on Arena-exclusive items, competitive points, and rewards that have a massive impact on gameplay. This isn’t just about PvP, it affects overall progression, balance, and the ability to compete.
We are not asking for anything special, only to be treated equally and to have a clear, safe way to participate in the arenas without being punished because of issues outside our control or because of players acting in bad faith.
Many players from our region have invested time and money into the game. We deserve the chance to enjoy the content just like other communities do, without the fear of receiving bans that last from 1 to 100 years simply for trying to play the modes the game itself provides.
I support this request completely, and I hope the forum team and support can finally help the Latin American community regain access to arenas in a safe and fair way. We just want to play normally like everyone else.

The Forum Team, nor the Support, can give any players or servers permission to push. Pushing involves risks and players are well-aware of these risks.

If there is an issue with suspensions on any server, these suspensions are due to reports from players on the server. Other than the appearance of the Admin/Mod Boat, there is no Moderator Account that is present on any server.

The issue with true competitive arena matches and battlefields is an issue on all servers due to the player base.

The Forum Team cannot tell you if accounts will be suspended for pushing. The Forum Team does not know the process for making those decisions.

Will Get You Banned:
Multiple Accounts from the Same IP Address
Failure to Enter Matches
Blocking Arena
Script Pushing

No one is going to give a player/server permission to push! Suspension is a risk you take for pushing. This is nothing new!

We can follow the terms discussed in the forum, but if other players with malicious intentions, wanting to harm the game community, create fake accounts to commit fraud that could ban everyone involved in the arenas, what would be the best method for us, as players, to identify and combat this type of conduct? And what would be the procedure to ensure that an account created by another player with malicious intentions does not put ours at risk of being banned because of their actions and attacks? Furthermore, if we record our matches to have proof when contacting support, would that work, or is there any way to prove that we were just playing? We simply want a way to be able to play even with other players who always want to destroy and ruin the game and the community.

If players on the Latin Server wish to destroy the server, that is their choice. Your choice when meeting "Fake Accounts" is to get out of arena. Meeting a fake team once is one thing, repeatedly meeting "Fake Teams" is another.

A video of "Fake Matches with Fake Teams" only proves that players continued to play with knowledge that "Fake Teams" were involved.
