There's been talk within the community that these could be related to DDoS attacks.We understand that these situations can occur and require technical work to resolve, but we believe it's very important to have official communication from you.     The Development Team is working on the server issues. When the Forum Team has any news on the fix to the server issues, we will post in the Forum.

    The Forum Team is not privy to the investigation process &/or work of the Development Team. But, rest assured, they are working on fixing the issue.

  5. What will happen to the events we missed? Have they returned, or will there be a new wave of events? I couldn't enjoy any of them. I ran out of recharge. I wanted to buy a kit for my ship, but it didn't work out. I couldn't participate in the ship and item auction because it was frozen. Is there a chance the events will return?
     
  6. The game starts crashing and freezing again. I'm going to miss another event, the Pirate Party. I missed the one on the 13th and I'll also miss the one on the 16th because the game doesn't work.

    I’ve seen many players complaining that the game is broken. First, the forum administrator gives vague information, trying to hide the real issue.
    This is disrespectful to those who play, support, and even invest in the game.
    I’d like to make a suggestion:
    Shut the game down temporarily, take it offline, test and thoroughly investigate the source of the lag and crashes, and announce this clearly on the forum.
    For example: “Players, we’ll keep the game inactive for X amount of time to investigate the problems. As soon as everything is working properly, we’ll bring it back online.”
    That’s what any company that respects its players would do. Instead, you simply pretend the problem doesn’t exist.
    I know this is frustrating for you, but it’s also frustrating for us, the players. Please keep that in mind. Thank you in advance.

    Could you inquire about rescheduling ‘Overboard Prices’ to a later date (preferably soon) due to the recent black screen incident?

    This is the longest time that this server has been unplayable since i rejoined the game, (about 36 hours), i'll be posting a new threat about this problem every time it repeats itself, because the existing topics keep getting ignored...

    It's now 4 o'clock on morelos, méxico and haven't played properly in two days, let me know when it get's reported or fixed, please.

    I play from Brazil and I want to know when they're going to fix this black screen issue. I spent money on the game, as did many other players here, and I think it's disrespectful to the community to let this silly bug negatively affect the game. I haven't played for days because of this issue... Fix this, I'm a LATAM 1 player.

    In EU3 we have no black screen, but we have no events as well. Sailing pointlessly and cannot afford to buy decks, as each deck costs approximately 250k diamonds. Panther set costs like 550-580k diamonds and so on. I prefer a black screen here and there than what I am getting tho :)
     
  13. This is the message I receive: the account is over 10 years old. This is how they treat players — 100-year permanent bans for “sharing” ????. The same behavior doesn’t happen in Dark Orbit or Seafight. There, selling accounts and using bots is allowed, and nothing happens. And to make it worse, the game has a black screen every day. Congratulations to those involved.

    It's wednesday at 21:16 on méxico and can't enter the the latam1 server, it keeps loading the steering wheel animation, someone fix it please.
     
  16. The game on Latam is still crashing and has been off for 12 hours. What is happening on the game forum? It makes no sense for the game to not stay on and not let players farm.
     
  17. The game won't get past a black screen. I've tried everything, and nothing works. I haven't been able to play for seven days. This problem is getting ridiculous. How can support or even the game administration not fix a game with graphics and programming from 2017? You practically have technology 10 years ahead of you. This is unacceptable. And the worst part is that you won't explain yourselves or solve the problem. This is getting ridiculous. Many players, including myself, have invested a lot of money in the game, and I'm not talking about these 13 years of play, I'm talking about this year, and there's no way to fix a simple game configuration issue. You've had practically 10 days and still haven't done anything. I don't think we'll have to resort to legal action, as this seriously violates consumer rights.

Hello, about these crashes on the Latam server, we players noticed that the server is always crashing in a time sequence, we suspect that maybe it was at the time for the little fear to appear, because the server only comes back after the restart, for example the game always crashes at 20:30 Brasilia and only returns when restarting, thus staying almost 12 hours on a black screen
