  1. Hi Water Willow, the way support handles push reports is very flawed. They ban players for things they didn't do. In the Pirate Storm community, we're trying to get the game back up and running, but with some players doing everything they can to get it disabled, it's difficult with support getting in the way. You don't have the right to play in an arena because if another player uses a fake account and files a report against yours, you could receive a lifetime ban because another player created unfounded evidence to kick other players. The way it's written in the Terms and Conditions, paragraph 1.2.7: This is how push bans apply to different User Accounts. An Account may not be used to gain unfair advantages through another User's Account, through the transfer of items or in-game currency, or by deliberately losing a battle ("boosting"). As stated in the Terms and Conditions, this gives other players with malicious intent the opportunity to open fraudulent tickets against players who are playing correctly. The way support handles this is by issuing multiple bans. Even when a player is playing correctly, another player may apologize and fabricate unfounded evidence through a malicious complaint, leading to the ban of the player who simply tried to play. I'd like to emphasize that this happens frequently in the game, and even if the player has proof that they didn't participate in these acts that violate the game's terms and conditions, they continue to be penalized. How are you reapplying the PvP system to return? It would be very easy to fix this way of creating a ticket or redesign the push investigation method.

    Ahoy meliodas-71,

Support does not ban accounts. They send reports to Moderators that investigate reports from other players.

It appears you know the problem with suspensions "but with some players doing everything they can to get it disabled".

There are no plans to change the PVP System.

    Happy Sailing!

The LATAM community, like all Pirate Storm players, needs to review the rules, or better yet, monitor them for unfair and excessive bans. Due to malicious players, an entire community is subject to permanent bans under rule 1.2.7 (boosting) or (pushing), although many of them do not act on them and are unaware of the punishment. Therefore, many experienced players and beginners alike are afraid to "PLAY THE GAME" due to erroneously created rules. I kindly ask the community to pay attention to this game. I have great affection for it, but I was discouraged by receiving a 100-year ban for simply playing the game and being punished by unfounded rules.

    Ahoy drex123,

You will need to contact Support concerning the ban on your account.

    Happy Sailing!
