BLACK SCREEN AGAIN!

This is truly a disgrace. The people who won should be tracked down and their accounts should be banned for life. It is completely unfair. We want you to bring back the blood moon and there is still no solution to this. It is truly a comedy disgrace!!!

 

Authorities, I'm calling on you! This isn't a new problem. We've experienced this many times. But you haven't taken any precautions or implemented any sanctions. This is a very frustrating situation. If you can't prevent this, delete the items from the auction winners and rerun the auction. Anyone who does this will continue to do so as long as they benefit from it.

 

Someone takes over the game and the entire support team remains silent or makes a lot of unnecessary and meaningless statements. The most auctions are either held by players who use auto-click during reset or are taken by players who close the game like this.The game management's concessions to them either means they are working with them or they are not doing their job properly.And for some reason, the auction is not renewed even though those who closed the game and bought the items unfairly received them.There are so many unanswered questions, this game is nothing but a waste of time.

 

Those who did this should have their accounts completely closed and permanently banned. We want the blood moon day to be rescheduled as soon as possible.

The current Bloodmoon auction situation is completely unfair and appears to be the result of an error or exploit or DDOS Attack. I strongly request that you:

1. Reset the Bloodmoon auction.
2. Refund all diamonds spent to the affected players.

Additionally, if the same players win the auction again under similar suspicious circumstances, I believe they should face a lifetime ban to protect the game’s integrity.
Please investigate and take the necessary action to ensure fair play for all participants.

Once again, the Pirate Storm server is being taken down on the very day of the Full Moon auction. This is extremely damaging and embarrassing for Bigpoint. Players don't deserve to go through this situation, which has happened several times.

Previously, we had issues with a bullet spam bug in the store. Now, it appears that a player has discovered a way to launch attacks on the server—possibly via DDoS or data spam—causing instability and server downtime ("latam").

What's worse is that this feature is being used to manipulate the auction:
During the downtime, no one can bid.

Those who bid before the attack end up getting the items for very cheap.
There is evidence that the account bidding on the items is connected to the one taking down the server.

The attack, according to reports, is even offered as a "service" to other players, for around 50 euros, which is completely unfair and destructive to the game.

We ask that the development team investigate and implement measures to protect the server against simple attacks like this. If this cannot be fixed immediately, we suggest a temporary alternative: placing the Moon pieces directly in the store at a high price (for example, over 1 million diamonds each), as they are rare items. This would prevent malicious players from ruining everyone's experience.

I totally agree with all of you, this is not right and I hope it doesn't happen again. However, I don't think it is right to ban users who have won the items, if it's not the second time it coincides with any account, I don't think it's fair to draw desperate conclusions. Anyone could have won an item if they were logged in when the server crashed; it's a matter of timing and luck. That said, if any of those who won coincides with those who won months ago, then we should consider a punishment.

 

First of all it is not random to win 4-5 items 2nd who said ban them ???? we said Reset the Bloodmoon auction and if the same players win the auction again under similar suspicious circumstances, I believe they should face a lifetime ban to protect the game’s integrity.
cuz the same thing happened in other servers i play EU1 and a guy that i have never seen came and won 4 items i saw in other forum the guy won 5 items this is not random.and what do you mean "if it's not the second time it coincides with any account" tell me why you should bid again when you won all items before with same method.

 

I don't agree with you on that one. A person can win 2 or 3 items with luck. 4 months ago the server went down in the afternoon and I remember that the same Turk won 2 parts, another Turk won another part, another another... Nobody said anything about that. I understand the frustration, but they should simply implement security and be more vigilant. If they already let auction winners buy items once even if it was crashed... this time it should be the same, otherwise it would be uneven for players and that's not possible. In my opinion, they should be vigilant in the next auctions and try to implement security.
