I hope this message finds you well. I would like to respectfully request that the development team consider resolving some long-standing issues that have impacted the player experience. Many in the community would greatly appreciate even small tweaks to improve the functionality and engagement of the game. Here are the main points:
Restoring Chat
The lack of in-game chat has made coordination and socialization difficult. Could it be reinstated? Player volunteers could even help with moderation to ease the workload.
PvP Leaderboard Fixes
The current PvP leaderboard is often out of date or buggy, which is detrimental to competitive play. An update or fix would be invaluable.
Sign/Sign Bug
Guild and player symbols (e.g. for arena/camp victories) have been broken for years. With modern tools like AI, could this system be tested and restored? Even partial fixes would be welcomed.
New Events or Adjusted Mechanics
Events have become stale. Could older camps be revamped or reworked to make them feel fresher?
Camp Adjustments: The current 5v5 camp summon requirement is too high for the active player base. Lowering it to 3v3 (or dynamically scaling based on server population) would help camps spawn more frequently, especially during off-peak hours.
We know development resources are limited, but these changes would breathe new life into the game with minimal effort. We appreciate your time and consideration, and we look forward to supporting the future of Pirate Storm!
