    Hello everyone, I bought some diamonds last week but the diamonds have not been added to my account yet. I have not received any positive or negative feedback despite sending emails to the support team many times. Is this normal? How long do I have to wait? Because of this, I could not receive the Ahab ship the other day and this situation made me think a lot. What should I do to get my grievance redressed?

    It's been more than two days since I sent a ticket and I still haven't received a response. Even people I know have gotten a response with a ticket less than a day old. Could you help me or do something? Maybe they've missed it.

    We are many players who waiting the answer from the support !!! What s wrong with this game !!! How can we trust your system if you no longer provide maintenance to the players?!?

    Support is working on all TICKETS that players have sent in. Some TICKETS take longer to investigate than others.

    i send a message to the support monday , why send a notification who say they aswer us in 24h if you say some tickets take longer investigate than other ? In some country 24h are not the same ?

    it s not the question Jolly-Bonesjack, can you report for the support we need answer please ? If we come here it s because the support no answer to the ticket from few day . Usualy it s 24h . Forum it s the only place where we can talking about game problem and we need help .

    We, the players, are the ones who keep the game alive by buying things in the store. The least we can do is get a response to our tickets. I've been waiting for 4 days and there is no answer.

    I have the same problem. I have sent a ticket support many times but I did not get a response. It should not be this difficult to review the account activity and respond. I think the game does not want us to buy any products.

    Hello again. I had posted a post on the forum a few days ago, but the topic was closed. I have to write again to find a solution to my problem. I bought diamonds on April 19th and they still haven't been added to my account. I haven't received a response despite sending a ticket many times and I received an automatic message promising to get back to me within 24 hours. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Why can't I get the diamonds I paid for? Why can't I get any response from Support?

    Ahoy Pirates,

    Support typically responds to the original email within 24 hours (M-F). Players should not expect to receive a response from Support on weekends or during a holiday.

    The Support Department was undergoing maintenance and due to the Easter Holiday response times were delayed.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
