Bug Current Issues with Quests

    WaterWillow Team Leader Team Pirate Storm

    Ahoy Pirates,

    There was an attempt to fix an issue on the 17th. This resulted in the reset of the game quests to the Beginner Quests. The Development Team found that players that took advantage of the quest glitch in Zone1 are now experiencing an issue with other quest functions.

    An attempt to fix the issues was made yesterday with the server restart. It did not fix these particular issues. No Forced Restart of the Servers is expected, as the issues involve few accounts.

    Quest Issue from March 17th - Reset of Quests
    This issue should now be fixed. However, if these Quests beginning in Zone 1 still exist on your game, DO NOT complete them. Completing them 1x is a trial. Completing them repeatedly is a violation of the Terms & Conditions. Note: "Taking advantage of software errors (bugs)" is a violation of the Terms & Conditions and could result in the suspension/ban of any accounts.

    Current Issues
    Quests are not playabe or Older Quests (Monkey Quests & a few Lower Zone Quests) are appearing.
    Monkey Quests & Low Zone Quests
    Completing the few Monkey Quests or Low Zone Quests will allow them to disappear from your tasks. The completion gives no major advantage. If they reappear, you will need to contact Support.
    For the Unplayable Quest Issue:
    1. Upon exiting the game for the day, Clear your Launcher Cache & Browser Cache.
    2. If there is still an issue after hard reset with unplayable quests:
    • Abandon All Quests
    • Refresh (F5)
    • Abandon All Quests that may show up again as accepted.
    • Refresh
    • Continue this process until there are no active quests displaying after a Refresh.
    • If there are 1 or 2 that continually return, abandoning & accepting & abandoning serveral times may help.
    • When quests no longer return, Logout of the Game.
    • Push Play and this issue should be fixed.
    If the cancelling of the Quests does not fix your issue, you will need to contact Support.
