how long does it take for support to respond?

    I have send a mail to the support a while ago and still didn't receive an answer so i would like to know how many time the support can take to answer to a ticket ?

    Support answers tickets in the order that they are received, being that it is a holiday weekend it may take longer to answer the tickets.
