Pet that help you get more gold XP or pet with skills that help you defend from opponents. or help you get you opponent get in big treble. it can help out the new player level up and also help them out in fight vs big player. it can help the big player by having something to build up and have in extra ability that can help them be stronger in the water.

hey in a lot of game the pet make the different between winning a fight or losing one

 

I don't like the idea.. it wouldn't work for this style of game.

If this pet you speak of follows you around and solely picks up your boxes while farming, I like the idea!

 

That would be great! I'd like freaking Cujo! A big, old, salty St Bernard that can fetch boxes while farming...brilliant idea! (Besides, he'd look so cute on board the ship.)

 

I like your suggestion to this idea!

But the downside could be that pets will cause lagg storms on the servers. The orginal idea is interesting, but I dont think, it would become a feature in this game. I think the game designers focus is elsewhere.

Still a cool idea having pets fetch boxes for us while farming but, oh my gosh! I never thought about pets causing lag in game. That's all we need is more lag in the game!

 

It is a good idea and has been implemented in many BP games already like seafight and darkorbit (darkorbit has more pet features) but for this style of game it would not work for me sorry.
