    I was wondering if its is possible to remove the bone platings from my ship..
    I had sent a message to support few days back and still haven't got a reply.

    Yes u can send a ticket to the custom care team and be sure to check ur email everyday....
    They will remove it don't worry
    Make sure u check ur inbox in email

    Yeah well its been a few days so i was wondering whether I, bymistake contacted the Arabic customer Support and wrote to them in English..will it make any difference?

    Come on Jes;), Why do you want it removed, it gives you 3k hp and - 2.3 speed, i have it and i am not that slow:p

    If you do not recieve a reply back within the next 48 hrs from the Customer Care Team I would recommend you send another ticket. Someone should reply back concerning your query. There may have been some form of error.

    Yeah well im going at 13.3 knots with the hydrocrystal so i have to use my pirhana to farm.. I would rather prefer my godfather to be faster and without the 3k hp :p

    Something additional to note is that when a support ticket is sent successfully you will at first receive an auto reply to the email address you used in your support ticket. If you do not receive an automatic reply initially then a few things may have happened. You may have typed the email address incorrectly or the support ticket never went through. Furthermore, you should check your junk folder in your email account incase they are being placed there.
