voodoo skull rate at dives

I was wondering if some maps were giving more voodoo skull pieces than other maps, and also if the quantity of diamonds we have makes us get more or less voodoo skull?
Do we get more or less diamonds in the bonus map if we have few diamonds ?
If there is anything else that changes the voodoo skull rate can you tell me pls.

Hi,

With your first query do you means dives dropped by NPC's in the main maps? If this is what you are asking, there is some information we have not been given. This includes the rates of dives dropped by npcs on open water.

With regards to you query about diamonds in boxes in bonus maps; The diamonds given in the dive bonus maps are consistant and not dependant on how many diamods you currently have in your inventory.

I was asking if, for example, when I'm diving in port of zone 28, will I get more voodoo skull pieces than for example diving in port of zone 15 ?
Also, when I'm diving with 100k diamonds for example, will I get less voodoo skull pieces than if I had 10k diamonds ?

its random each account has a sweet spot map to dive in. this has been my exp. seems like no 3ppl will have the same effect on how many they get in mapsi have luck in 16 but most inmy guild do not.
on half off day most go through 65 k to complete a voodoo map
do it 3 times this will hedge the amount you actulay spend on the next try.

 

The chance percentage of map pieces in relation to other rewards gained via the diver is 19%. This is outlined in the dive screen window help tab. This percentage should hold true whether you dive with 10k diamonds or 100k diamonds.

19%?? I wish. I would be happy if I got 10%...

 

There are times when I have only had 10 dives to do and have received 4 voodoo pieces in a ROW. There are other times that I may have 50 dives and only receive 3 pieces. It is truly random. Sort of like playing slot machines

 

over my last 8000 free dives (which is statistically significant) i have only got a drop rate of between 10-12% the stats posted of 19% are therefore wrong, this could be considered as fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

The diver help window describes the percentages very specifically as a chance per dive.

 

I don't have premium but I know I need 60k diamonds to unlock the voodoo map on half price day, it means about 12%. Is that not strange if so many people have 10/12% whereas it should be 19% ?

I'm not sure but maybe the 19% rate is for all bonus maps (yellow, green and red one), so as we have those completed, the dives we should get one of the 3 first bonus map are replaced by other stuff, so only the rate for voodoo skull left.
according to the rate we all have (10%), I'd say the 3 first bonus maps have a rate at dives of 3% each.
3x3%= 9%
19-9=10% rate for voodoo (our rate)

that just an idea maybe it's wrong

 

The percentage is for map pieces generally. So this would indeed be for any of the four maps. Additionally when you recieve a joker this is in exchange for a dive map piece you already have.

so just for clarification its 19% chance to get ANY map piece/joker not just voodo map?? and if thats so then wouldnt 10-12% drops of voodoo skulls be really high in all actuallity? dunno if im understanding it right lol

 

You are correct. The 19% chance is described as being generally for map pieces. I cannot not speculate on the 10%-12% percent figure outlined by others.
