No matter how many times I launch the game, it displays a message saying “Connection interrupted” with a countdown timer. I was able to play for 2/3 hours without any problems previously.

    Ahoy Flewz,

You more than likely have been kicked by the spamming feature that was put in place some time ago. In most instances, game play can be resumed at reset.

    Best Regards!

I cannot log in to the EU1 server with my account. I have no problems logging in to other servers, but when I try to log in to the EU1 server, I get a "connection lost" error. I have tried resetting the modem, changing the IP address, deleting and reinstalling the client, but the problem persists.

    Ahoy Pirates,

If you are kicked by the system, Players need to analyze what actions they were taking at the time of the system kick. It may not necessarily be an intentional spam on your end, but what the system perceives as an action that cannot take place in the time alotted (1 second).

Most instances of system kicks are due to spamming (manually clicking) the deepsea diver too quickly or spamming the auction. Also, an inadvertent click/movement while using an autoclicker or bot (both violations) can result in a system kick. In most instances of system kicks, normal game play can be resumed at reset. Spamming the auction usually results in a inability to bid or a kick from the auction. A simple click out of the auction &/or a complete refresh (F5) may be needed to resume bidding in the auction.

    Best Regards!

    Hello,

Apparently that's not true as it happens 2 times on me. Once I got disconnected while PLAYING on Voodoo map, the second time it happened was when I was simply diving to get to voodoo map. And before you say I was spamming dive button - nope, it was the automatic dive from the game, I was afk watching youtube video on my additional monitor.

    Regards

    Ahoy Newbiee,

The Forum Team can only inform you of the information we have received concerning the system kicks.

It is possible if you were away from the screen while automatic diving that your game logged out due inactivity. Although, the automatic feature is running, it is technically an automatic action and perceived by the system as inactivity. Players are logged out of the game after 10 minutes of inactivity.

A system kick and a disconnect are two totally different things. If you experienced a system kick and could not log back into the game until reset, only Support can deduct why this occurred. You would need to contact Support for an explanation concerning the system kick.

    Happy Sailing!

    Hello,

Believe me I am well aware of the difference. It was a 'kick' from the great system and I couldn't reconnect until the server restart next morning. I won't contact anyone anymore as every time I do so I am getting lame responses.

Take care and wish you happy new year and hope people working behind the scene on PS to start reading and working on game improvements, not only fixing bugs and game problems when they are losing money.

    Ahoy Newbiee,

Your frustration is noted,(WaterWillow has explained to you Extensively that) Most instances of system kicks are due to spamming (manually clicking) the deepsea diver too quickly or spamming the auction. Also, an inadvertent click/movement while using an autoclicker or bot (both violations) can result in a system kick. In most instances of system kicks, normal game play can be resumed at reset. Spamming the auction usually results in a inability to bid or a kick from the auction.
