Extra auction manipulated again

can't connect to EU4 server!It's very difficult to get onto the server and there are a lot of technical problems! The npc's jump while moving.. it's very difficult to load your own cannon and harpoon and deck panel, etc.

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're doing well!
I'm leaving this message because when I tried to open the game launcher, I received the following error: "504 Gateway Time-out nginx".
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but now the website for downloading the launcher won’t open either.
I’d like to know if this issue is happening only to me or if there’s actually a system-wide outage.

US1 is down once again, with most players unable to log in or participate in the ongoing auction. Yet, interestingly, a few members of a particular guild continue to enjoy uninterrupted access during these crashes.

If this is now the intended state of the server, perhaps the team could issue an official announcement acknowledging it — so new and returning players don’t continue to invest their time, effort, and in many cases, money into a system that doesn’t function as expected.

Many of us have jobs and lives outside the game, and it would be appreciated if our time and commitment were given the same respect we give the game itself.

Transparency and fair competition should be priorities shared by everyone involved.

In eu1, last weekend the moonset auction was rigged again and only *EDIT* guild players won parts, today in the extra auction they held to compensate for it, there were again problems with logging into the server but somehow only TRV players were able to win parts again, this is starting to get weird. I hope action is taken and that they are not allowed to buy any of the pieces they are winning unfairly, thank you.

Here are the results obtained for auctions on the Europe 1 server:

As you can see, at least two of the three players who won the ship and upgrades are members of the *EDIT* guild.
Their success, of course, came during the entire period when the game was down (which lasted several hours).
We hope that Support will carry out the necessary checks and issue sanctions.

 

Just because they won the auction doesn't mean they had anything to do with the server crash.
And btw, it wasn't the game servers that crashed, but the website. They just got lucky and managed to log in while the pirate storm website was still working.

The access to the game was hindered by Launcher issues. Players that were logged in at the time and did not disconnect could access the game. Some players were able to access the game via a browser. This is not recommended! The Flash Player is no longer supported and poses security risks to your computer.

@WaterWillow it has no sense to make new moon auctions until the server crash is fixed, at least on eu1 last 3 moon auction with manipulation only *EDIT* guild have won any parts and they are not banned, thats just an advantage for them Which will continue getting parts.

Thank you for your input. The EU1 Server is not the only server that has been impacted by crashes. To omit the EU1 Server would be discriminatory.

The best thing to do is to cancel the auctions that might take place tomorrow for all servers.
We could even go further by cancelling all future auctions at Smuggler's Bay, at least until all corrections have been made.
Otherwise, we will be forced to reschedule auctions indefinitely, and they will encounter the same problems each time.

 

In my opinion the best thing to do is to put the items of full moon in normal shop,so every player can buy it, ofcourse if you have the diamonds,it would be better for players and the game,you want the items then buy some diamonds and with buying the diamonds you support the game.
Each item can cost 1 to 1,5 mil dia

 

Yesterday’s auction was accessible to only 4 or 5 players due to connection issues. And now, despite these ongoing problems, another auction has been announced.
If Bigpoint intends to give certain players an advantage, then at least be honest about it so everyone knows. It makes no sense to schedule another auction when the game still isn’t functioning properly.
Under these conditions, such an auction cannot be considered fair — and I am strongly against it.
To the few remaining active players out there:
If Bug. insists on continuing this way, I strongly urge you not to spend any money on the game.
Many players have already quit because of decisions like these, and it’s time for this attitude to change. It’s time for our voices to be heard.

I'm totally with you Baran, it's truly absurd that they keep putting up events like this despite it being completely sabotaged two days ago. Now I see 3 players who won the auction unfairly wandering around the maps, it makes no sense. If it's not rigged they shouldn't be doing any of this nonsense, all they're achieving is causing more people to leave the game and the 4 they let play or didn't kick out get parts of the set for an absurd price and then aren't even punished. I know two guys who spent all day bidding yesterday and at a certain time they got kicked out and a guy who had just arrived won the pieces, this situation will only make more people get tired and leave. To this I add that I know two players who a few months ago got parts by luck because the game had a black screen and they were penalized by being banned until their purchase time expired, it is also absurd to see how they do not apply the same punishment to everyone since in the last two auctions it was possible to buy the parts.

Is the game currently being manipulated or facing technical issues that are making it unplayable for honest players?

Statement:
Lately, it really feels like something is deeply wrong. The game keeps breaking — accounts log in only to be disconnected moments later. It honestly seems like someone, or perhaps a group, is manipulating both the game and the Blood Moon Auction system. Because of that, rescheduling events doesn’t help; it only seems to feed into a fraudulent cycle that prevents fair players from obtaining items legitimately.
From my heart, I feel genuinely frustrated and disappointed. Even though I recharge my account honestly with real money, I can’t even log in to participate in the Blood Moon event. I’m not here to insult anyone or spread negativity — I simply want to see the issue resolved.
If the situation continues like this, maybe it would be better for the company to temporarily pause the game for a few weeks or months to properly fix everything before relaunching. Right now, what should be a source of enjoyment and relaxation is turning into constant stress. I say this with respect and concern — not anger — because I truly care about the game and the community that plays it.
