The Europe 1 server went black. Someone closed the game again. There should be a support team in the game at least during the auction.

Every morning, the same thing... every day, black screens, boats that stop... It was already like that in 2012... but it's only gotten worse. At least back then, there was a support team you could contact; now, they just direct you to the forum and ignore it.
Right now I had a COVETOUS TALISMAN on, and 3 minutes into the 60 minute duration of this item, it stopped, kicked me out and gave a black screen, it started again after 10 minutes but the boat doesn't move... it stops, stops, stops... it took me 2 minutes to get to the port... who will replace that item for me???

 

When are we going to be able to play?? and what about the lost items that we could get in that time? is there going to be compensation for us?

Not all servers, and LATAM, EU1 and Germany servers are the only ones, the others are flowing perfectly and LATAM 1 is the one that is suffering the most.
