Miss Diamond Rush Latam

There's a diamond rush on all other servers. I've spent 10 days waiting to get diamonds and buy stamps today. This event should have happened alongside the stamp discount, but I can't take advantage of the diamond rush. The event hasn't gone live in Latin America. Can I get a new stamp discount this week to repurchase? The game is black, and now I'm missing another event I really need.

Could you put a stamp discount event after or during the diamond discount event again, many new accounts were waiting for this including mine

There is no guarantee that a Diamond Rush will occur with each event. The Diamond Rush occur all the time.

We have submitted your request. But, we encourage you to purchase diamonds when the Diamond Rush Event occurs, in prepartion for events.

Yes, I tried to prepare, but with the black screen issues and other issues, the diamonds didn't drop, and I had to request a refund. I waited for the event for days when it occurred on other servers. I thought it would happen in Latin America, but due to the black screen issue, many events aren't going live, so I couldn't buy diamonds or participate in the reduced-price stamp event.
