I'm going to leave my feedback here, because this is the area for it, but I bet a moderator will delete my post, because that's how they work, they can't be questioned, my account was banned, you know what's funny, what they asked for was presented, and even so there was no discussion, I begged and it's still there, a lot of money invested and mainly time, which is the most valuable, support charges the T&C, but they couldn't say what the reason was, but I know why, because they also disrespect and don't comply, they do what they want and that's how it's going to be?

Is it the players' fault that the pirate storm? In part, yes, it is.
But the biggest culprit is the company that let this happen, bugs and problems that were never solved and the fault lies with the players, the support, not to mention that they don't even give you time to question, bans without reason, bans by push in the arena, there's no way to prove account deletions, if someone with bad intentions does something like this and the innocent pay. Before saying that it ended because of us, players, see if your service was also good for us, because it only got worse and worse like it is now.

I'm going to print this post and then I'll see how long it takes for them to delete it, every criticism is valid, if you can't handle it, delete it or ban it for 100 years, that's how it's solved, right?

Why doesn't Oessian appear here?

 

Poor Mrs. Oessian can't show up here because she's too busy approving permanent bans.

 

Oessian is the International Community Manager for multiple BigPoint Games. Oessian rarely makes an appearance on the EN Pirate Storm Forum unless there is an Announcemant that Oessian must address.

If there is a concern about your account's suspension, this needs addressed with Support.
