In this topic, I want to talk exclusively about the arenas (x1, x2, x3).
The game has a lot of people excited about the slight changes in the test server (Arabia), and with many players returning, there is always a movement in the arenas to release the items that are harder to release in the game due to the lack of players and updates that reduce scores. And even with all this difficulty, new players were working hard to get these items on their accounts, and almost the entire LATAM server was banned for PUSHing in the arenas, even though the players were playing normally and releasing their items without the PUSHes. However, there are people who want to disrupt the process and ended up putting some accounts in these arenas and because of other players everyone has to be punished? I think they should review this code of conduct or they will literally end the game without even fixing it. There are several ways to fix this, and the simplest one is to increase the level required to create a team in the arenas, for example:The player must be at least Level 20 or above to create a team and all members who will participate in that team must also be Level 20. This way we will be able to get rid of certain evils within the game. Since you can create a team being only Level 10 and members can join the team even if they are Level 1, players will always do this to accuse people within the arena of pushing, and it seems like it is working, because all the accounts involved in this arena received a 7-day ban and the only reason for this to happen is these pushes that appear in the arenas and we do not know what to do to avoid these senseless bans. Please help us to continue playing, please.

And with support accepting reports of anything, this will never end. The ideal would be to really analyze who makes the reports, as normally those who make these reports are the ones responsible for the pushes or bugs within the game.

  2. The current situation in the game's arenas, especially on the LATAM server, is a cause for great concern and frustration for the community. The excitement surrounding minor changes on the test server and the return of many players should be driving the arenas as a vibrant place to acquire coveted items. However, what we're seeing is a scenario of discouragement and unfair penalties.
It's unacceptable that players who legitimately strive to get their items are being mass-banned under the accusation of "PUSH," especially when the maneuver is orchestrated by malicious third parties. The ease with which low-level accounts can be created and entered into arenas to generate accusations is absurd. This not only harms the gameplay experience but also demonstrates a serious flaw in the detection system and conduct policies.
It's important to remember that this arena manipulation tactic is nothing new. In the past, these same methods were used to acquire high-value items, like the "World Destroyer" and the "Arena Deck" in 3v3. At that time, the problem was even worse, with the server being flooded by "fake" accounts to achieve these goals. It's convenient for some to report now, after they've already achieved what they needed.
Banning players en masse, based on rigged reports designed to cause harm, is not an effective solution. On the contrary, it's an attempt to expel loyal and active players, compromising the future of a game with so much potential. This type of action only alienates the community and doesn't solve the root of the problem. The support team, by blindly accepting reports of any kind without in-depth analysis, contributes to this vicious cycle of injustice.
The solution to this crisis won't come from automated responses or an endless cycle of bans. We need structural changes that protect legitimate players and eliminate the loopholes exploited by malicious actors. Raising the minimum level to create teams and for all members to participate in arenas (e.g., Level 20 or higher) is a crucial step to discourage the creation of "fake" accounts and manipulated reports.
Furthermore, a rigorous review of the reporting process is essential. Those responsible for analysis must investigate the history of reporters – often, the ones reporting are the same ones causing the "pushes" or exploiting bugs. The priority should be to protect the player base that invests time and passion in the game, rather than punishing them for flaws within the system itself.
If the goal is to maintain the health of the game and its community, it's imperative that developers reconsider the code of conduct and implement solutions that truly solve the problem, and not just mask it with unjust bans.

  3. You can't do anything that is already banned for no reason, what a trash policy, they don't even respect accounts starting from scratch, there is no respect whatsoever coming from those who manage this, it seems like they live in the moon world or in wonderland where everything is perfect, they must be superhuman and have coffee with Jesus.

  4. This problem has been happening for years, and unfortunately, many legitimate accounts of good players end up being unfairly banned. I believe that this occurs, in part, due to flaws in the game system itself.
Today, it is something basic: the "push" detection system remains weak and outdated. An essential improvement would be to establish minimum armor requirements to enter the arenas:
In x1, at least 15 armor
In x2 and x3, minimum of 20 for all members
In addition, a measure that would greatly help in combating fake accounts would be to link each account to a CPF or official document at the time of registration. This would facilitate investigations and prevent the rampant use of push accounts, which only harm competitiveness and fairness in the game.
Here is my suggestion as an active player concerned about the future of Pirate Storm.
I hope the team takes it into consideration!

It is unacceptable that new players, full of enthusiasm for the game's new features and dedicated to the difficult pursuit of rare items, are summarily banned. Many gather and try to play fairly, aiming for everyone to obtain items without resorting to abusive practices like 'pushing'. However, ill-intentioned individuals create low-level accounts, interact inappropriately with these groups, and instead of punishing the offenders, the moderation team chooses to mass ban innocent players. This conduct demonstrates a profound lack of respect for the community and for the time and effort dedicated to the game

So this is exactly what happened to me and my brother. We were playing the arena and we were banned for 7 days. We played the arena normally. We played 12 matches and won 11 matches. Since there are a lot of players coming back to play, we were only getting lower levels with lower improvements on the ships. I'm Rio-Furioso and I play with my brother Mastro Sombrio and we came first in the arena because of this. We can't play any more matches and get the gladiator. We play normally, and when we still see matches in the arena, 2x2 matches are hard to find. So it's hard to play and we've only recently started playing again.

  8. This is regrettable, the company has been making the same mistake for years, something simple to solve, put more points in victories, or reduce the points for acquiring consumables in the arenas, but they leave everything as if it were normal, as if there were hundreds of players playing daily.

Another detail is how horrible the support for this game is, it only serves to send automatic messages, it doesn't provide proof, it doesn't explain what to do to prevent this from happening again, it doesn't answer what we ask, simply the worst support of all games. It's easier to change the name from "support" to "useless robot". It's disgusting to have to solve any problem related to your account and nothing ever gets resolved!!!

I have to agree Monteiro, they don't provide any concrete proof for us to be aware if we really did something wrong! They just draw a butterfly and show the ICM that hits the hammer congratulations you earned a ban for life.

    Ahoy Pirates,

This post and replies are complaints about Support & the Game. The Thread Topic, " Can't we play anymore?" is the only question the Forum Team can answer. Yes, of course you can play. Continuing to play an account requires abiding by the Terms & Conditions.

We complain to support and they tell us to comment our dissatisfaction with the game on the forum and that's what they respond?
You guys are a huge joke! It's no wonder the game went bankrupt.

  13. It seems there's a recurring issue where support directs me to the forums, and the forums, in turn, direct me back to support. This constant back-and-forth means a solution is never reached.
We understand that the ICM (In-Game Community Managers/Management) is the highest authority within the game, yet direct contact with them seems impossible. This lack of communication prevents us from resolving in-game issues.
Furthermore, current moderators appear to primarily offer automated responses and ban accounts for what seem to be trivial reasons.
How can we effectively address these concerns and connect with the appropriate authorities to find lasting solutions within the game?

Game-related issues are addressed in the Forum. If Support directed you to the Forum it would have been for players to search the Forum for game-related topics or to post suggestions in the Update & Idea Section of the Forum. It is doubtful Support informed you to complain in the Forum.

A player cannot resolve in-game issues. A player can report in the Forum game-related problems (i.e. server is down, event didn't occur, etc.). If there is an issue with suspensions, it needs addressed with Support.

Game Issue = Forum Individual Account Issue = Support Suggestions for Game Improvement = Update & Idea Section (Forum)

    Happy Sailing!

  15. Title: Constructive Feedback on Moderation and the Future of the Game

It is concerning to see how the TCG's reporting system is being exploited by some players to harm new accounts through poorly substantiated claims. This situation creates a hostile environment and highlights a larger problem that needs attention.
The core issue is not punishment itself, but its application and the systemic problems that are being ignored. While players are being punished, fundamental questions remain unanswered:
    • Solutions for the Low Player Base: What is being done to address the lack of active players? How can we make 2v2 and 3v3 arenas viable on servers with fewer than 100 people online without compromising the experience?
    • Combating Pushing and Bots: Accounts created specifically for rating manipulation (pushing) and the use of bots are visible problems, especially on other servers where hundreds of violations occur openly. Enforcement feels inconsistent, leading to frustration.
    • Hypocrisy in Rule Enforcement: It is disheartening to see that, in many cases, the same players who act as "vigilantes" are benefiting from the very same exploits and cheats they report in others.
Mass banning accounts, especially based on fabricated reports, is not a sustainable solution. On the contrary, this approach is "killing the game" by driving away both new and veteran players and eroding trust in community management.
Instead of indiscriminate punishments, we need palliative solutions and open dialogue. It is essential for the community to be able to exchange ideas with the game's management and decision-makers. Currently, we feel deprived of this communication, receiving only silence followed by mass bans.
We call for a change in strategy: focus on solving the root causes of the problems and open transparent channels of communication. The survival and growth of the game depend on fair moderation and a genuine partnership with its community.

Now Team Leader WaterWillow, answer me, are you satisfied with the current state of the game, no automatic responses, a vision of what you see, do you agree that all of this is right?

  16. The arena has become a trap, where bad-faith players manipulate the system.
New, legitimate accounts are being unfairly banned.
We have no support, no official communication channel, and everything seems to be ignored.
The community has already lost chat, regular events, updates, and now sees the arena being dominated by abuse.
The feeling is of abandonment and injustice. And unfortunately, it seems that those who cry out for help are silenced or ignored, while those who abuse the system continue to operate freely.
Clear suggestions that can help a lot:
Increase the minimum level to enter the arena (e.g. X armor or minimum level)
Associate accounts with a fixed IP or basic identity (even if by email or other method)
Review reports with more criteria - real push is one thing, new players are another
Strengthen the channel between moderation and developers (we need to be heard)
Bring back forgotten rewards, such as gunpowder, X3 deck, among others
    Please help us!
Salgueiro, if you can relay this to those responsible, we will be extremely grateful. We are not here to attack anyone - we just want justice within the game, with rules that work for everyone and a clean space to compete.
The community still exists, still dreams, and just needs a little attention to survive.
Thank you for reading this far.
    Sincerely,
Active players tired of fighting against injustice within Pirate Storm.
