Put the fee to unban the account and we will pay the bills, the game will be activated and Bigpoint will make a profit, it's simple

Hello, after so many years, only now have they found a professional to try to fix something as simple as PVP. This is also a picture of what support can do to a game. Lifetime bans for "Arena" are the worst, they are beyond cowardly. If there weren't so many accounts banned forever, the game would still be active. Even if you spend 1k USD, your account could end up having a sad end. I'm sorry to say, but no one will create new accounts. There are hundreds of players waiting and believing in a miracle. Unless they reach a consensus on what can be done to free up the "$$" accounts, the game will continue as it is, without earning dollars or euros. There are people who have had their accounts since 2012. Do you think anyone will start from scratch in a pay-to-win game like this? Where the remaining accounts are all bugged in essence/completely, bought. What is the expectation of growth? It's 0, almost zero. You created this reality when you let the update bug and the bonus map bug work until today! So since you're coming back, do something new and that will really create hope! Come back with the accounts! Because other than that, it's more of the same. There won't be 30 players at the same time.

If you have any doubts, the game is already lost, try something that actually has a success percentage of a fee of 50USD per account, it wouldn't be bad at all, considering that there are more than 1000 people wanting their account back

    Ahoy william.j,

The Forum Team does not have access to player accounts. Players will need to contact Support about banned accounts.

    Happy Sailing!

Hello, dear @WaterWillow, if you could give your opinion, don't you think this idea would work? As the saying goes: "What goes around comes around." We made this mistake and we are paying the price, and we can make up for it and come back with better behavior! Here's another "let he who has never made a mistake cast the first stone." "To err is human."

Everyone must agree to the terms of the game when creating an account. If players are banned due to violations, they will need to contact Support. It is doubtful players can "pay" to cheat.

    Happy Sailing!

  7. Hello, dear moderator Salgueiro,

Only those who play Pirate Storm with passion know how much we have been waiting for an update like this. Players and the entire Latam community are excited and committed to actively participating in this new phase of testing and evolution of the game.
We have some constructive suggestions that we believe can benefit both players and the company:
Account Rehabilitation System: Many old and experienced players have been banned for various reasons, but still have a great desire to return and invest in the game. We suggest the possibility of a system where players can pay to recover their accounts, bringing profit to the company and revitalizing the active user base.
Passes and Rewards: The introduction of a Battle Pass, skins, visual improvements and other cosmetic or progression items would be an excellent way to encourage financial investment in the game, offering value to both the company and players.
Focus on PvP, but with a broader view: We know that the current focus is on the PvP Season, which is excellent. However, we also ask for attention to other areas of the game, such as events, arena, map balancing, and newbie progression. This would bring more consistency and maintain player interest in the long term.
Finally, we have one request: that negative and toxic criticism be filtered out and that the voices of those who truly want the best for the game be heard with affection. The Latam community is happy and excited about this new phase, and we want to collaborate positively in every way possible. Count on our support on this journey. Thank you for keeping the Pirate Storm flame alive!
    Happy sailing, captains!

Hello, we are not always banned because we did it, there are indirect bans, this happens in cases of arena, there are several full BB3 accounts with DM complete lunar kit banned by arena in a way that no one understands, if two people live in your house you cannot go against them in the arena, same thing battlefield, this is completely wrong one thing is pushing using several accounts to promote yourself another thing is going against your brother and losing your account as I have seen some cases and people did not understand! and it was only explained to them after the account was finished.

Paying for another chance wouldn't be bad, as it would give a financial return, since each player has 3/4 accounts to pay for the unban, it's something that happens very often, accounts being banned permanently. This idea is "INSANE" and almost impossible to apply, I know, but it's unlikely that the player will start from scratch, if his account is banned he'll go after accounts to buy, it's a vicious cycle that unfortunately ruined the game, and support really isn't to blame and just does its job correctly. But this is a choice made by those above, the game is dead and it's unlikely to move forward if they don't make a crazy decision like this.

Hello, your answer is duplicated. Honestly, it's not about paying to cheat, it goes way beyond that. People are accused of pushing without actually pushing, people are accused of sharing without sharing, people are accused of botting without using a bot These are not isolated cases, support makes mistakes very often when issuing fines, many times it ends up going to the innocent. Do you think that a 1-year punishment is not harsh enough? You literally lose 1 year that you could be having fun on the battlefields. Where is the evidence?

want to follow the lines of the army, armed forces, in a game that has more NPCs than players

  13. I don't know, it's kind of strange, sometimes it seems like there are people inside the company trying to end the game, it seems like there are players who want that too, while on the other side, there are people who love the game and are there like idiots

    Hello @WatterWillow
    Now, a serious message:
There is no worse punishment for a player than being suspended for a year. Now, put yourself in the player's shoes. Imagine spending a year banned from doing what you like, it's horrible, isn't it?, which in our case is playing PS. There are people who breathe this game and play it more than they live it. If you suspend someone's account for a year, it's more than frustrating. But at least the person knows that they will come back in a year and can improve their behavior. That's what needs to be discussed. Or do you think the solution is to apply permanent bans like they hand out candy on Halloween?

But here's another point: did they really do something "wrong" because lately they have been banning people even for leaving the port or changing maps?

Is there really an investigation? Because the rope always breaks on the weakest side, which are the people with the warning. It seems like they choose who to ban.

    Honestly.

    Ahoy Pirates,

Players under suspension need to contact Support.
