Halloween event missing bonus maps and quests?

So, I have the quests which require me to complete "Night spook" and "Barren depths". I also have a quest which rewards"The legacy". But I don't have any other quests or bonus maps? Barren and Legacy do not give any discount on the ship. Are they bugged like the entire Battleground event was?

What even is the point if all battleground events are inaccessible, how do we even complete our ship sets, namingly the panther. Now the event ships too? Will the winter event also be bugged? If so, just tell me to never come back to this game again, I barely play it anyway. Disappointing.

 

Oh, also your "Pirate storm Forum Calendar" displays only "Double XP Day" and "Halloween Event" from 27th until the end. 2-3 days ago 24th, 25th and 26th were also like that. Now after they've passed, it shows the rest, like Pirate fest and Used Items. What's the bloody point?

The maps should appear throughout the event. In the past, the quests have appeared, but the map was not available until the next day. Also, the discount map should appear daily.

In regards to the Calendar, the Calendar is updated on a regular basis. However, if the events are put in before the day occurs, it sometimes does not show on the bottom right of this page. It is indicated if you click on the Calendar though. If the Forum Team is aware of events ahead of time, we enter it into the Calendar. So basically, the events are entered when the Forum Team is made aware of the event.

Yes. The maps SHOULD appear. But they don't. I check through all the quests and Bonus maps tabs daily. There are no discount maps, no quests rewarding bonus maps besides The Legacy. Halloween event FAQs states barren and legacy DO NOT provide a discount. Night spook and mystified islands are missing from bonus maps and from quest rewards. If you do not believe me, I will provide screenshots. I don't know how to do it here and if it's possible, so you could tell me how, or if you prefer you could contact me on my discord. Either's fine with me.

There should be a compensation for the missing maps via bonus code in the form of enough diamonds for the ship at least. I've been waiting almost all year for that ship. Can't afford both it and the ghost set. Oh, also "bleeding sails" and the bell and other items are missing from the shop. Only the ghost set and ghost blood are available. Oh, and the ghost armor plates.

The Forum Team does not communicate with players with Discord.

Some items must be unlocked by obtaining Invasion Points. The Bleeding Sail and Doom Bell should be showing in the Merchant for purchase after completion of the necessary Invasion Points. You may see the Unlocked and Locked Items by looking in the Guild Rewards Tab.

The Night Spook and Mystified Island Maps should appear on a rotating basis. The Mystified Island Map should be appearing today. Try scrolling through all your maps. Sometimes the maps appear in a different order and fall beneath the Bloody Hook Bonus Map. If you are not seeing these maps, then you need to contact Support.

Okay, so.. It gets weirder. Yesterday evening (after 18:00) the discount map showed for the first time. Just few minutes ago I logged in at around 12:22 server time, the "Night spook" was missing. I relogged, and the bonus map showed. I checked Halloween event FAQs for the Event quests schedule, and it shows all the quests are from 00:00 until 23:59, except the first one which is from 12:00 to 23:59. (talking about only the discount map quests, ignoring The Chance and Moloch). But even then, that's just the event quests schedule, not the bonus maps schedule. And the quests have been visible since the beginning of the event.
Could you tell me if the discount maps will be available until the very end of the event? I've started since 28th, so if I keep getting discount maps until the end of the event, I should be able to reach 100%? Or the last few days discount maps aren't offered anymore.

On a side note, I am looking at the improvements tab at this very moment, and despite it being improvements discount day, the cost is the same as yesterday. Same thing happened with yesterday's "fully loaded" day, I think it was ammo. The ammo was at full price, but in the evening the price was actually halved, so maybe something wonky is going on with the server reset. I am in Europe 2 server and following the CEST time zone, which is 12:36 at the moment of posting this reply.

There are issues with missing quests, events, arena, etc. that can be resolved by refreshing your page (F5), choosing Reload Launcher or by hitting the log out tab and returning to the login page and hitting play again.

All maps should be available to you. If they are not, please contact Support.

If you are a member of a guild, then completion of Guild Invasions will open some items that will then be available to purchase.

Yes, thank you. I have refreshed the page multiple times. I also did contact the Support. On a side note, I'm wondering if I have started getting the discount bonus maps since 28th, would I be able to get 100% by the end of the event? The event ends on 7th next month, so that's 11 days (counting from 28th.) What I'm wondering is, will the game give one discount bonus map every day until the end of the event, or will it stop at like 3rd next month, thus cutting my chances of 100% discount?

The Forum Team does not have access to player accounts. Therefore, we do not know the discount you presently have. As long as the discount maps are available to you, then you should be able to earn a discount toward the ship. You will need to do the math!

My bad, I forgot that there's a timer on the discount under my health bar. Thanks, you can close this thread. But there's something really wonky with the timers. Sometimes it shows the bonus maps (for storm day too) after a page reset, sometimes it doesn't after multiple resets and relogs. And I don't even know if it works at all with the fully loaded days. I just check in the evening to see if the prices are actually cut in half by then.

Hello.
As advised, I contacted the support. They told me that they solve only accont-specific issues, and game issues should be posted on the forum.

So I'm posting yet again - missing discount bonus maps. After 4 page reloads and a relog, today's (05.11.2022) map Mystified Islands was missing. It appears later during the evening. Until I figured out that bug, I had already missed 25% of the discount, because I logged on the 25th, and kept checking for the missing bonus maps until 28th, when I finally realized that they're apparently bugged. And then missed the map on 29th, because it was bugged again.

The only map that I missed by my own fault was 24th, because I didn't log that day. Though, to be fair, it wouldn't have shown me that day's discount bonus map either.

 

There is really nothing else to tell you. The maps are available based upon completion of quests and after a certain time of the day (Midnight or Noon) usually.
