I'm new, how do I level up?

    How do I level up in the game?

    I would really appreciate the help. I've been playing and playing, but I'm still level 0.

    send a ticket to support informing the level bug does not go up.
    the game is abandoned for maintenance, if it was only 2021 i would say it is because of the pandemic, but since 2015 the game has been buggy from time to time

    Ahoy ej88,

    Mavis_Vermilion is correct. If there is an issue with your account, you must contact support. If you are shooting NPCs and completing quests, you should be leveling up.

    To contact support, login to your account and click on the support tab at the bottom of the login page.

    Thank you both for your help, I've contacted support, so let's see if they can help me further :)
    I even made a new account and the problem is the same with that one.
