Smuggler's Bay: Battlefield Auction

The Forum Team is aware of an issue with the Smuggler's Bay - Battlefield Auction that mysteriously activated on the Europe Servers. We have sent a request to have the Event rescheduled. We will provide an update when we receive notification.

Thanks for informing system problems like that. I also contact support about this issue and they said: "Any player that was lucky enough to be online when the auction occurred is not in Violation of the Terms of Service. These random auctions occur from time to time and is no fault of the winner." and I agree, it makes sense. But the question is: are this items going to be removed from their account ? Because it is a system error, In my opinion (and a lot more) this is very unfair and against the exemplary operation of the Smuggler's bay auction. Thanks in advance, Have a nice day.

The answer is no, more than one year ago me and some others lucky players in others servers won the moonset or at least some parts because the auctions came at 00:00 so the timer was 30 seconds, directly i sent a message to support where they clearly answered me that they can't take it off from the players accounts as they spent diamonds for it.

The Smuggler's Bay - Battlefield Auction was apparently a quick and short one on all servers. The Development Team has not addressed having a new one. It is, of course, officially the weekend for the Development Team. The Forum Team may have more information on Monday if there are plans to offer the auction again, but I am doubtful it will occur.

Again, hopefully we'll know more on Monday.

Ahoy Pirates,

I have requested that the Smuggler's Bay - Battlefield Auction be reset to begin tomorrow, 4/21/2020, Noon on all servers. As the Development Team has gone home for the day, they may have programmed the Auction to begin tomorrow. We are not for certain at this time. We will all know more tomorrow!

The Forum Team just wanted to inform the Forum Community of the the possibility of a re-do date, just in case there is timer malfunctioned again.
