Bonus maps exploits

Hello,
I have a question that concerns me lately; during the 2019 Christmas event, I got ban for some days and when I asked the support why I got ban, they told me that I was doing «bonus map exploits». But the think is that I wasn't. I was just playing the Christmas bonus map a lot ( ≃10-15 times a day, and some days not even 1 ).
So what I understood was that moderators can see how many times I got the price of the map in the end. That's why they banned me, because they thought that I was bugging. (by the way this is only my thinking). Then if it works like so, that means that I will get banned again and again every time there is an open bonus map with no play limit.
Example: in the dragon event I'm planning to play a lot of hours every day ( like every eastern ) but there is a high chance that I will get banned.

➢So my questions are:

♦ If I get another ban. Will they compensate me?
♦ If I get another ban. What am I supposed to say in order to unban me ?
♦ What should I do in order to make moderators believe me that I'm not cheating ?

Mostly because I don't want to spend any time at the dragons event for needlessly bans. Looking forward to hearing you out.

Please reference this Link concerning Signature Guidelines.

Players are not suspended unless they are in violation of the Terms of Service. Running maps repeatedly is not a Violation of the Terms of Service, unless you have exceeded the number of lives given with the bonus map. A player may not "glitch" their map to run it repeatedly without loss of life or "glitch" the map to receive multiple rewards that is possible from one map run.

♦ What should I do in order to make moderators believe me that I'm not cheating ? There will not be a suspension without documentation of Violation of the Terms of Service.

About the Signature, done; I took care of it.
About that:

I said that because I've got banned 2 times for «bonus map exploits» while I was playing fair. That's why I wanted to ask here. Because I lost ~7 days of the winter event (including a lot of time/diamonds and some other items). As far as I know, banning people with no reason and no proof is illegal, at least some compensation should be given after acquittal. Also about that:

Let's suppose that I play with no cheats and bug (100% fair playing), and get a ban with reason «bonus map exploits». Then i'd send a ticket saying The truth, then support says "Okay! That was a misunderstanding, here is your unban" or I just have to face it and wait for how long the ban says. But the only thing that can save me is my word, nothing else to prove that I don't cheat. And suppose that I'll get unbanned by just saying that I don't bug, why would it happen? Why do they "throw" bans like that? I heard from others and saw a lot of unfair bans lately. This is just a waste of time for both sides, both for players and support at the same time.
So my opinion and suggestion is that rewards should be given to players who got an unfair ban, the more time the players looses the better the reward should be.

Forum Moderators do not have access to player accounts. Therefore, we cannot verify what you say is true or not. We cannot remove/add suspensions. That can only be addressed with Support. I am sure accidental suspensions have occurred and can be easily rectified. However, if support has issued a suspension, and it was not lessened or removed, then I am positive that the documentation would warrant the suspension. All in-game suspensions are well documented; just as all warnings in the Forum are well documented. A moderator does not take any action against an account unless the documentation is in order.
