    Congratulations to the Moderator who answered this ticket [Ticket#2019032337003051].
    Friendly;
    attentive;
    helpful.
    He listened to me, clarified or tried to clarify my doubts, and left the ticket open for me to ask further questions.
    Of course this should be standard practice, but it is not.
    Unfortunately, it is very common to answer:
    "you already defended yourself" (when I did not even know what the charge was);
    "This is not in discussion;
    "Do not send me another ticket that I'll throw in the trash";
    Knock the door on your face.
    and other absurdities.
    Again, congratulations to the Moderator who answered the ticket [Ticket # 2019032337003051]. If you are allowed to identify yourself here I would be happy to know your name.
    Moderators like you give us hope that there are good people working in this game.

    2. Well deserved ban - you are not not only using the bug few months ago, but you did clearly use the voodoo map bug which in my opinion is the case for your ban
    3. Support explained you the case, yet you are just refusing to accept it.
    4. You spam with more tickets - they just told you they will not answer more tickets related to your "tragedy"

    Summary:
    Support is doing what they can in a very manner way. You are not the victim here, so just leave it.

    The guy thanked him. And you threw a lot of rocks at him !!
    Do you know the guy? Are you moderator?
    Even if he has made a bug, or anyone else has done it, it does not give any moderator the right to disrespect anyone.

    I told you who I am at the end of my post. I don't have to be an advocate or moderator to express my position here.
    Also, I didn't see any sort of disrespect or insult of what support did.

    He abuse blue map - he got banned.

    I think that's fair. This is how real life works.

    Hello Newbiee. Nice to meet you too.
    For your post we can understand that you know how many tickets I sent for support.
    Assuming you know me so well. You know I play this for many years. You know I bought premiun packages, bought diamond packages, etc ...
    I invested a lot of time and money in this game to have a good account. He won arenas easily. He fought for eagle orders at all events, etc ... it was so much fun!
    Then came the bugs. From there any account created for 1 month, and for free, was stronger than mine. All my investment went to waste along with all my fun.
    Believing in Big Point, I decided not to use bugs, denounce cheaters every day, and only collect gold and diamonds from the maps, waiting for the game to be corrected one day, and cheating thieves punished.
    Today, the thieves I have denounced, have their accounts full of everything one can have. Including the complete Blood Moon kit. And I stubbornly and stupidly keep killing NPC. That I'd better do it.
    Now I ask you.
    Are you sure I'm the villain?
