Today I saw that ships were half off so I bought the fist of icegard I had %60 off so I had it down to 80 thousand diamonds but I paid the 80 thousand diamonds instead of getting it for free. Is there a way I can get my money back i really like this game and it takes me awhile to get diamonds so they must be well spent. Thank you

Based on the information you provided, an 80,000 diamond boat would cost 40,000 diamonds on 1/2 off ship day. If you paid the full 80,000 there is an issue. The only way to obtain the boat for free was by reaching 0% by finishing the required winter bonus maps.

I have same problem

 

The reduction work only when you have 50% reduc with the bonus maps (or less 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% of reduction or nothing) if you have more, it dont work (for me). If you have 40% reduction with bonus maps, and reduction with the event, it's 40%+50% =90% of reduction,the sip cost 200k diams at the beginning, bow cost only 20k, if you have 50% of reduction with bonus maps , and the event : 50%+50% of reduction, the ship cost 0diams (free).

I had %80 off before i did it and 155k diamonds

 

So I have the same problem
Because I collected 32 k diamonds and after I went out and entered for an hour or more I found the account without the diamond I found the diamond 1k

 

i had %80 percent off before the half off day with the additional %50 i would have %130 off but i will talk to support after i figure out how

 

and yes i spent 80,000

The Ships Fully Loaded gives a player an option to pay 1/2 of the cost of the ship. Either winter ship, full price, is 200,000 diamonds. Half-off is 100,000 diamonds. You got the price down 60% to 80,000 diamonds. So, 1/2 off an 80,000 diamond boat would be 40,000 diamonds.

Again, the only way to obtain the boat for free was by reaching 0% or 100% off by finishing the required winter bonus maps.
