Guild attacks, negotiation

    Hello,
    I have 2 questions:
    1 If the guild A attacks the guild B without winning, the guild B gains a negotiation. How long is that negotiation?
    2If the guild A attacks the guild B with a non complete power of attack and if it wins, the guild A gains some points, for exemple 1080 points: does the guild B lose 1080 or 1500 points?

    hi the first question answer is 15 minutes
    and the 2nd depends on the level of the fortress with the force of robbery even if you take 1050 points if the fortress is 1st level they lose 1500
    I hope I've been helpful
