    The email provider for this account is not working. How can I change the email?

    Ahoy vmasiero,

    I apologize for the delay in a response. Somehow I did not receive notice that you had replied. Hopefully, you have this issue resolved by now. If not, I suggest that you send a ticket to support and asked for them to respond to a different email other than the one tied to the account. I'm sure they will help you change the email with enough supporting evidence that the account is yours.
