Yes, someone would have to read your message and not give a ready answer, I wrote that it would be necessary to send a question directly to BP, if the support does not work as it should - they should ask your question BP, but obviously did not.

 

This game is dead BP dont earn money from it so they will never restore it.Im suprised that the game is still not deleted.
