missed bask days

bp do ur job u have missed 2 bask days u owe us 2 now do ur f ing job june2 and the 5th should be one on the 6th also but bet we dont get that one here is ur first task WATERWILLOW lets see how u do ^^

 

dear bp this is the 2nd bask day we have not had . i take time off work to do these bask days and this is 2 days off i cant get back i ask if you are going to not have bask days can you plz use this forum or some way of informing us when these are not going to happen so we are informed . It is hard to want to stay with a game when we are uninformed on things like this also i sent in a ticket 3 or 4 days ago about a issue with my chat and still have had no response . Has there been a change in customer serves or something that can explain these issues

As for your issue with missed Pirate Holidays, there is no guarantee that because a day was celebrated last year that it will be celebrated the next. I'm sorry if you feel like Bigpoint "owes" you some Pirate Holidays but that is just not the case. I'm sure Bigpoint will be doing some holidays in the near future and you can be assured that we will post them here if and when we receive notices about them.

Ģħø§ŧ, as I said before, we don't know about Holidays until we are sent word. Please know that just because there was a holiday last year or the year before, it does not guarantee one this year.

 

dear bp whats going on with no bask days ? i look forward to these events a lot and there has been 2 missed may i ask why ? has something changed and customer support has also been lacking it seems slower then before is there a new team or something ? can we get better info maybe on forums or something with a few days notice . this would help players a lot and make game more enjoyable and easier to manage time . this was a fun game but it seems like we are forgotten i hope this is not the case. I hope all will be resolved in a timely manner . I would hate for this game to lose more player but its getting harder to want to stay and play . thank you for your time

 

this may be so but we are not informed in tell day of or the event has started in most cases, so is there away that the forums can be kept more up to date with more notice of up coming events without that happening people will expect the events of last year around the same time due to the fact that we do not get info tell last min if at all . So all we have to go off of is the year before witch i hope will change thank you for your time

 

also pirate holidays are or have been the same time every year due to the fact that they are based off of a country's Independence days and have been that way for years now so my ? is what has changed for bp to not want to continue with this great event history . im not trying to cause issues or anything but it would be nice if we where informed that this has changed because in tell now it has been this way not saying bp has to in form us but it would be good pr and would go along way with players to be better informed

I understand your concern, but like I said in this, as well as previous posts, we post the information for events as we receive them. All your concerns are sent to the higher ups and they are working to improve the game.

 

so is there a way to find out the answers for these changes with bask day i understand that you may not be in the know but who is and how can we get answers to our ?s are you asking my ?s to find the answers to the higher ups ? because to be honest i feel this has not been addressed with a fair answer to the ? and you may not have the answer but can you or another mod get the answers or are we forgotten for other games ? I feel as if im getting veg answers ether because you do not have them if thats the case bp is failing us by not keeping there mods informed or 2 they do not want to give us the answers in fear that we my not like the answer and it may drive more players away from the game but this bask day thing has some money players and some non money player thinking of changing to other games that are not bp games witch would be a shame for bp to lose a costumer base due to the lack of fair communication also can you find out what they are doing about this reloader issue that people can shoot faster and more often then should be able to there seems to be contuse issues with ps and slow responses to the issues whether this is due to new staff or a lack of caring on bps end i dont know this reload issue is making arenas unfair and and no fun for those of us that play without hacks or cheats my boat is fully built and there is no way to shoot as fast as the cheats so the money the years and time iv put in means nothing if bp dose not find away to fix this and other issues . plz do not take me as im trying to cause problems im not im looking for answers i spend my hard earned money on this game and would like the support to reflect that fact . if ur selling a product and its not fair the product will not last except for the cheats that spend nothing so plz get some answers aslo us 1 sever has a gliched island for the 2nd month in a row that sd island monsters do not spawn when they are attacked witch tickets have been sent in and nothing has been done this is a unfair advadege for them in island attacks not saying they gliched it but it is starting the 2nd month with them being this way and still no fix from bp wich brings me back to are we just forgotten for other games or not cared about anymore ? thank you for your time
