We will migrate our American servers (US and Latam) to another, new data center Today.
The migration will take place from 1 pm (CEST) to 4 pm (CEST) and will cause a downtime on all American servers.

Your Pirate Storm Team does this mean a merger of the servers ?

This means that Bigpoint is moving the American servers to a new data center and that both servers might experience some downtime.

It isn't merged the servers yet, when will be merged the servers?

 

If this is a merge i would suggest more than merge for US and Latam. Every server need a merge because of the new pvp system which made players stop the game and unwilling to do anything about fake teams which are giving advantage of taking free destroyers.

 

This is not a server merge, it is the transitioning of big point servers from one data center to another ie where the game servers are located geographically.

 

Well,what a pity alot of players thought there was a merge,it would be nice tho. I wonder if you as a part of Pirate Storm Team forum have forwarded our complaints and thought about the merge and pvp system ? If so that means BP is ignoring us and a forum moderator

 

I'm quite certain this has not only been discussed on our forum but all other language forums. If an when such an event does occur there will be an announcement made. This suggestion has indeed been forwarded as have many others however this decision has not been made yet by the development team.

 

Is your development team is already understood that the new PvP in this form was a big mistake?

 

Im glad to hear that.I know that your job is only to sent our thoughts&complaints to the development team,however I hope you understand our frustration because we dont like to see a game that we like and spent time on it to go down like this and even more get ignored.

I'm afraid I can only speculate as to their opinions.

 

It would be great if you could ask the development team to make an announcement about this, I am sure a lot of players are waiting for a clear answer about our concerns and in the last 2 or 3 year the development team did not communicate with us. They should make from time to time an official announcement about future updates, improvements, plans.
