Halloween Event Items

When will be the last day to purchase items from the Halloween Event?

 

Hi there,

When no game shop date is specified for an event game shop items cease to be available on the date specified as the end of the event.

 

They are gone now

 

This is a big problem, it stated that 11/4/2016 was last day. No specific time of day stated as to when items are no longer available. It is now 6PM EDT on 11/4/2016 and they are gone. I spend money and time to get these items on the last day and I can't. Very angry with Big Point right now, you must fix my dilemma.

 

I appreciate the reply Wedgewood. However, it came after the items were already gone. Is there some place that BP told us what you said in your reply? I'm sure many expected the items to be available for at least 1 day, which is generally the case.

 

AND I GET A 30 DAY CHAT BAN FOR SPEAKING THIS DISPLEASURE IN GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The quests are still available in the tavern, but the maps are gone???????

 

It would seem 12 midnight game time is 12 noon eastern standard time

 

I just now finished the map "the chance" again, it is 11/8....both quest and map were there, i got a coffin nailer and a bomb from the map, (I gambled) but there is nothing in the shop this late.

Total bummer.

Not that it will make me feel any better, but, if you already have a version of a ship, can you add a ship of another version? If I had gotten the earlier version of godfather, would it have been in addition to the Godfather2 that I already have or would the original Godfather have replaced the newer version? lt would have been cool to have two halloween ships.

 

you can have both Halloween ships
Godfather and Godfather 2 are 2 different ships, with the same stats but still for the game they are consider 2 diferent ones
like the Iron eagle and iron eagle 2

If you or any others have missed out on purchasing any items contact the customer Care Team to see if they will book them on your behalf. With any future F.A.Q's I will ensure that I ask along side it to see about dates if they are not mentioned in writing.

Please contact the customer Care Team to reqest any items. Be sure to state the item and quantity you wish to purchase. Regarding your ban the team will also be able to identify the reason for your ban.
