Which zone has the highest drop chance for dives?

 

it is a hit and miss feature
it is not seem to have a universal rule
what is true to one player in not true to another player

so you need to search and find your personal zone that will give you the best drop of dives, but even then this will work some days and some other days you will have to find another map

to make the things even more mess for me if i am in a map with a specific player then i get 0 dives
and going to another map and thus away from that player i get dives

so you need to experiment with zones and with how and who is the zone to figure out your personal dive zone

the game random algorithm is working odd and strange at the most

Ok, it may not be a rule or anything but I find I get way more stuff if I 1) run a letter and 2) am doing a daily or a quest.

It also seems to be affected by my level vs the zone I am in. Currently I am getting tons of stuff in z32 whether or not I have a daily or quest there. I am a level 40. Prior to about a month ago, got the best stuff in Karuma--when I was a level 39.
