Ship Problem

I can never reach the max speed my ship tells me it can go. when will this be fixed?

is nothing to be fixed you need to have all items to reach max speed

to go to the maximum speed it was an item in the winter event that you could buy for cold and give your ship +1 for speed
it was also another one you could buy for diamonds that give you +2 speed and +1 for maximum speed
both of them lasted 1 hour
and was 1 3rd that you could find it in the boxes when you killed the winter colosus +3 speed and also +2 in maximum speed that lasts 2 hours

also as the game evolves you may or may not be able to have the maximum speed in your ship
when i started the game 3 years ago with no powers there was not possible to get the maximum speed
but this period you can if you have the item to use

 

With all the speed items on my ship i should have the 17 Knots but i don't. I was told it was because the panther gives you knots you cant even use.

 

you need a consumable to reach max speed

There is currently no improvement which will result in a permanent condition where your current and max speed are equal however as mentioned by Howl*sShip and ANIKHTE there is a consumable item called the Storm Phial that when enabled will enable you to reach max speed.

there are 3 items
1. breeze phial 1 speed bonus
2. gale phial 2 speed bonus +1 max speed
3. storm phial 3 speed bonus +2 max speed

all items were at winter event.
breeze phial could be bought with gold, gale phial with diamonds, and storm phial was a special reward only in the boxes after you killed the winter collosus

 

I missed the winter event.
