Rate of fire

    I have a Fist of Iceguard and although I have quite good firepower the rate of fire is rubbish and it puts me at a real disadvantage. I know some orders help but I have not played long enough to get them upgraded much and they don't last long, is there something else I have missed that can increase my firing rate, an improvement or buff maybe?

    Upgrade your orders or you can buy some "Arena Quick Reload" in the arena shop, but you need to get enough points to be able to buy them in that specific arena. You could also buy the regular "Quick Reload" when the right battlefield is active.

    Hi,

    Rate of fire is called 'cannon reload' in game. Any improvement items which have this in their description will improve your rate of fire. Most figurehead improvements and some hull items will increase your rate of fire. Some set item bonuses such as that granted by the Panther Power Set improve cannon reload.

    Hawkin's Zeal Captain's Order when enabled will also reduce your cannon reload time. "Hawkin's Icebreaker" and "Flog the Powder Monkeys" Scrolls of Power can be upgraded to improve the Hawkin's Zeal Captain's Order further.

    As stated by ☠Crusher☠ there are also quick reload items which also decrease reload times , increasing rate of fire.

    Sorry to disagree Wedgewood, but Scorpion Power Set does not improve your cannon reload. Scorpion Power Set decrease your cannon reload.
