  1. Hello Wedgwood, I have a big problem.
    I try in vain several times to reach the support (technology) I get no response. Please help me.
    I have the following problem:
    I bought. 1x Premium Gold / 1 x Colossus package / 1x Starter Package
    Good no problem with: 1x Premium Gold / 1 x Colossus package
    Problem zone (Incorrectly) 1 x Starter Package
    I have bought starter package, also have an email confirmation, as is clearly that I bought THIS. But I have received 15,000 diamonds and NOT the package. In the email I got've received the package. You can check I have NOT received 12 pounder / No frigate. Because you have made an error.
    !And now I cannot buy the package again!
    When Payment Support they said I get it, I probably did not know where things are. Lool! I know exactly I'm intelligent. 12 pounder (YOU CAN NOT DELETE) Frigate (COULD) but I don't because I don't get it!
    Therefore, I have the evidence because are really NO frigate to give 12 pounder and everything would have it. !!
    Europe 4 I love this game, so please give Bigpoint also answer and help.
    I'm a terrific Paymenuser, I promise! NOT because I like you so have NO ;-) Because I love this game and it would like to play long. :)

  7. Thx very very much Wedge :) Now the support solved the problem :) and now I can drive with my little frigate :-DD
    And after 1 Year and big payment maybe I drive with Destroyer of the Worlds ;-) or Destroyer_of_Planets (future) ^^ ^^ lol

    By the way: I gave a very good feedback to the support too, about your(Wedge) perfectly help.
