Suggestion Auction rule

Hi everyone.
During the three last month, I saw a guy playing in the auction house everyday (really everyday) until now. the thing is that he always called on every item to win them all, but he didn't even buyed it after he won. (I don't think he really buy all the frigates he won). So I suggest to add a new rule on the auction house.
- People who win in the auction must loose the possibility to play in the next auctions until he pay the item he won, or until the time afforded to pay it is over.
what do you think ?

 

or until the time afforded to pay it is over. -- No one week auction ban, is better.

 

I agree with Pagan, that it should be a set amount of time after winning that you can not participate in it again. Just like if you won tickets on the local radio station. You would not be able to win again for their set amount of time.

 

or maybe do not have a time to wait to buy items
you won the auction you buy the items

that will keep many people from biding just to destroy the auction

bad definitely something needs to be done since now the action do not work

 

I love the idea of this but nothing can be done about the problem. all the auctions are controlled by the stronger players, as the arena and top 10 guilds are. unless you do what is mentioned above and the winner of the auction is to automatically purchase the items.

 

a re-work of auction(s) would be nice...if it could be made more open/fair for all players.
perhaps adding a few new items...preferably higher end ones that the richer players could use their gold on
as far as banning...i'd suggest those whom have won an item & have not yet payed for it...or who fail to pay for it should be banned from

 

Banning from auction for a month would stop this right away.

 

also...perhaps the cost of bidding should increase based on time left in the auction &/or bid
