Chat not appears

    Hello,

    since last week I have big problems connecting in game and see chat.

    I change explorers , I log out, I refresh and nothing.

    Right now Im trying for an hour and havent been able to see chat.

    Can I do anything about it?

    Hi,

    Follow the initial troubleshooting procedures of clearing cache and flash cache. If you have flash set up to auto update it is possible the new flash update which hasn't been patched in game yet is causing the issue. Uninstall flash, then open a browser and navigate to Pirate storm and re-download flash from the the link provided.

    These steps will rule out any cache issues that could be responsible and (if flash auto updates) ensure you have the correct version for pirate storm, as the newest version may cause some problems.
