    What exactly is the stats and definition of the Ghost Curse on the new Halloween Loadout? And why isnt the Horror Rockets goin half off on Consumable Day?

    Hi,

    The curse is a 12% Chance to slow the enemy about 45% for 6 seconds. :)

    I'm afraid at present the ghost curse has not been defined in game however it is possible this will be amended at some point in the future.
