Chat ban for permanently

Is there anyway to unban chat few months and not permanently bcuz i need my chat back..im sorry for everything and im saying from my heart that ill be nice on chat and follow the rules of chat please BP if u can h3ar me please unban my chat please please please...

 

you'll have to ask support to fix your ban no BP people here can get you unbanned.

 

I already try support they not gonna help me and if i send more tickets they will suspend my account..

As you have already contacted the customer Care Team we on the forums are not able to assist you further regarding this I'm afraid. If Support have stated that they will not be able to reduce your ban then I'm afraid that is what the outcome is. I'm sorry that you are unable to use chat in this time frame however moderators must stick to a strict set of guidelines and cannot deviate from these.

Do you need your chat back for guild chat? If that is why you need it, I do believe that if you download the PS app on your smart phone you will be able to use guild chat on that.

 

i suggest you get Teamspeak and keep in contact with your crew that way. Btw life chat bans are not given willy nilly usually for racial and homophobic remarks, grooming , setting up/proposing illegal activity. threating violence to other players.

 

They ban my ip address thats suck i spend alot off time and.i spend money on this game not for this.... i.have smart phone but cnt get the PS app into.it
