Wierd Chat Message

    I am getting a BP message when I get logged in that tells me "You must register completely before writing in chat". I have been playing for 18 months. What registration is not complete? :confused:

    Also When I click on the great big OKAY button, the message just pops back up. If I minimize the chat window, the persistent Pop-up message moves to the middle of my screen and blocks my view of the seas.:eek:

    Hi Greatbeard,

    Have you tested using another browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer to see if this issue continues to occur after doing so?

    I have had so many problems wiith the game, support has me using four different browsers and even VPN with proxy servers. Quit pointiing the finger at the players until the software glitches are checked out. As a long time programmer I know what I am doing and if something changees and I know I have not changed something, the probability is the change was made somewhere else. :)

    I completely understand your frustration. I believe you are misunderstanding the intention behind asking these questions. This process is not to identify what you have / haven't changed but whether or not the issue is arising from something browser specific or (when clearing flash cache and browser cache) to identify if the issue is arising from a cached file that is in conflict with what is required currently by the game server.

    I am really getting sick of trying to play the game and either cant log in, or freezes when I do, and then the chat problems. I am having the same message about having to register fully .. I have been playing 2 years at least .. I have tried the cache clearing, different browsers, and everything everybody can think of. It is frustrating. and I do pay for a subscription,
    I sent a ticket to support. an they just want me to write to them again. I see no answer to Greatbeard about this issue.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this issue. If you have, as outlined, tried the troubleshooting procedures described above then I would \ highly recommend continuing discussion with the Customer Care Team. Evidently the problem will require further investigation which we on the forums are unable to assist with.

  9. Hey Crazy, I got this message a few weeks ago, it had to do with a proxy server I was using, when I had it activated, I would get this message, as soon as I disconnected it went away.
