Support Removing storm armor

  1. HI,
    I accidentally buyed storm armor and i don't want this right now. Is there an option to remove the armor and get back my diamonds.Pleas help me...

    As far as I know you can contact customer care with your acc#, server you play on and ask for the removal of the armor which of course will be removed from all the ships, but I seriously doubt you can have your Diamonds back.

    well i heard 2 stories
    some people manage to have the other removed
    some people did not
    but you need to contact customer support
    but definitely you will not get any diamonds back

    They will credit your diamonds back to you if they remove it. I had accidentally put a diamond improvement on the wrong ship once and contacted customer support and they took off the improvement and refunded my diamonds.

    They legally have to credit you your diamonds back if they take it off. Otherwise that would be theft on their part.

    well i had one that remove from his eagle ship the new design that cost 30 eagle medals
    and they did not give him any medal back
    so as i say
    what you will get from support
    is random
    most probably depending on the person
    i have heard both side of the stories
    so !?!?!?

    when you log in the game
    scroll down the page
    there is a word called support
    click on that

    Hi,

    To remove an item from a ship you will need to contact the Customer Care Team as mentioned above by everyone.

    To do so you can click Here.

    Be sure to include your user id / exact in-game player name and the server you play on along with the information specific to your issue i.e which ship you placed the item on and item name etc.
